About:Blank is Ø˚ (Alt - OK)'s debut release for Zakim. What we have here are two infectious cuts that cover so much stylistic ground I won't even bother trying to give it a genre. (What's a genre these days anyhow??) "Leave Me Alone" and "Powers That Be" both start with a groovy 4x4 scaffolding, but Ø˚ (Alt - OK) ups the ante with dozens of textures, dense yet meticulously-layered, to make literally every passing bar a trip to listen to. Even though both tracks clock in at just over four minutes, there's days of sound design tomfoolery to chew on here.

This is a 7" vinyl release, pressed to mixed-color marbled vinyl with custom label artwork. Every one will look unique! At $6, it's pretty much the same price as if you were to just buy the WAVs standalone...which of course you'll also be getting free of charge if you buy it here.

While the release drops in mid/late May 2016, you can pre-order now and download the tracks immediately. I will send the record to you as soon as they're pressed. Limited pressing of 100.
